Pokémon GO - Lead Client Engineer
Lead the Unity development team from 2015 to 2017.
Built the systems for receiving S2 map data from the servers and building the in-game world, including all rendering code.
Built the Pokestop interaction sequence. The game feel of spinning a Pokestop is something I’m particularlly proud of.
Emergency feature changes and unique new types of bugs were common on this project as it was trailblazing in multiple ways.
Architected the core code systems of the game. Presented at Unite 2016.
